No ano em que comemora 35 anos de existência, a Associação Brasileira de Atacadistas e Distribuidores (ABAD) realizará o maior encontro da cadeia de abastecimento do Canal Indireto no país. O ENACAB – Encontro Nacional da Cadeia do Abastecimento, que incluirá a 36ª Convenção ABAD do Canal Indireto, trará para o mesmo espaço representantes da indústria, dos agentes de distribuição e do varejo independente. Essa nova proposta surgiu da necessidade de alinhamento estratégico entre os diversos elos da cadeia, buscando a geração de novos negócios e o incremento da competitividade e da produtividade do setor em face do atual cenário econômico vivido pelo país.
Realizado em São Paulo, escolhida por sua localização privilegiada, próxima às principais indústrias de bens de consumo e estrategicamente posicionada na região Sudeste, que concentra o maior número de agentes de distribuição e pontos de venda do varejo independente no país. O evento será entre os dias 8 e 10 de agosto e ocupará 12 mil m2 do São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (antigo Centro de Exposições Imigrantes). O local foi totalmente remodelado, com um aporte de mais de R$ 400 milhões em investimentos por parte da operadora GL Events, e tornou-se um dos mais modernos centros de convenção do Brasil.
“A proposta da ABAD é promover o alinhamento estratégico de toda a cadeia do abastecimento do Canal Indireto, incrementando ainda mais a participação da indústria e dando especial atenção ao relacionamento do setor com seu principal cliente, o pequeno e médio varejo independente”, afirma o presidente da ABAD, José do Egito Frota Lopes Filho.
Para Oscar Attisano, superintendente executivo da ABAD, esse é o momento de valorizar o pequeno e médio varejo de vizinhança. “A programação do ENACAB está bastante focada no varejo alimentar independente, principal cliente dos agentes de distribuição, que movimentam 52% de tudo o que é comercializado no mercado mercearil nacional”, afirma, lembrando que o país possui mais de 1 milhão desses pontos de venda.
O bom relacionamento com o fornecedor é um dos aspectos cruciais do bom resultado do varejo de vizinhança, que oferece proximidade e conveniência ao consumidor de todas as faixas socioeconômicas. Agora, com a retração do poder de compra e o endurecimento do mercado, essa parceria torna-se ainda mais estratégica.
“Com o apoio da indústria e as ferramentas de capacitação trazidas por entidades parceiras como o Sebrae, os agentes de distribuição têm a possibilidade de oferecer um serviço ainda mais qualificado ao varejista e, assim, ajudar a garantir a permanência desse importante canal, que abastece famílias de todas as classes socioeconômicas e está presente tanto nas grandes cidades quanto nas localidades mais remotas do país”, afirma Rogério Oliva, diretor de Relacionamento Comercial e Marketing.
Destaques do Evento
Feira – A feira que integra o ENACAB – considerada a melhor feira de negócios do Brasil pelos próprios visitantes – ocupará 12 mil m2 do São Paulo Expo, espaço planejado para receber estandes de cerca de 150 fornecedores de produtos, serviços e equipamentos. Grandes empresas como Mondeléz, Nestlé, Still, Pitú, Florestal, Italac, Docile, M. Dias Branco, Marco Boni e PC Sistemas já confirmaram presença. A expectativa é gerar mais de R$ 20 bilhões em negócios.
Mercado Modelo de Varejo de Vizinhança – Durante a feira, o varejista poderá visitar uma Loja Modelo completa, da recepção de produtos do fornecedor na retaguarda até a consumação da venda pelo caixa. O objetivo, ao simular o dia a dia de um estabelecimento, é mostrar ao varejista como adotar boas práticas e garantir maior rentabilidade, mesmo em uma loja de pequenas dimensões.
Centro de Distribuição do Futuro – Ao lado da Loja Modelo, o varejista e o agente de distribuição também vão conhecer o Centro de Distribuição do Futuro. O CD, que será montado com o apoio da indústria, apresentará toda a logística de distribuição e armazenamento. A proposta é mostrar como ele funciona e o que fazer para torná-lo eficiente.
Palestras – Visitantes e expositores poderão participar das palestras técnicas de alto nível oferecidas pela ABAD, aperfeiçoadas a cada ano. Essas palestras, ministradas por especialistas, visam promover o conhecimento e divulgar novas tecnologias que aumentem a competitividade do setor. No total, serão 9 palestras, distribuídas entre os três dias de evento.
Pesquisas – Para mostrar um retrato do setor, em tempos de mudança no perfil de consumo, a ABAD encomendou pesquisas que serão apresentadas com exclusividade no ENACAB. A proposta é ampliar o conhecimento e ajudar varejistas, agentes de distribuição e indústria na tomada de decisões.
Anuário – Lançado em 2014, o Anuário ABAD constitui uma fonte permanente de pesquisa sobre dados do Mercado de Distribuição, relevância do setor, estrutura e atividades da ABAD e das suas Filiadas Estaduais nas áreas Politica, Econômica, Social e Ambiental. A edição de 2016, que será apresentado no primeiro dia do ENACAB, marca as comemorações de 35 anos da entidade.
Premiações – No último dia da Convenção, a ABAD premia associados e parceiros que contribuíram para os bons resultados do setor ao longo do ano. Este é um dos momentos mais aguardados do evento.
